St. Peter's Pirate Days

We hold an event each year that brings together our community with attendees from across NS. We hold different events all day Saturday and part of Sunday, during these hot hours we are hoping to have first aide trained volunteers to help in case of heat exhaustion, accidents, and we are close to the water and are worried about someone potentially falling into the water. We have a shelter and can use a room for first aid services if needed, we do not have a cot if someone needs to lay down, we are hoping to house a tent outside for people to visit should the attendees want to ask questions or get information from volunteers so they can go from the room to the tent as they would like. I am unsure of the donation attended section I have left it blank. Is there a minimum donation for services? Or is any donation welcome?
